Prior Notice

To determine the earliest arrival time use the following guidelines. Note that all times shown are Eastern Standard time (EST). For other time zones please refer to the chart at the bottom to convert the times posted into local time.

FDA Prior Notice

• By Truck - 2 Hours after the date/time of "FDA Prior Notice Confirmed" Date/Time
• By Rail - 4 Hours after the date/time of "FDA Prior Notice Confirmed" Date/Time

CBP Advance Notice

• By Truck - 1 Hour after the "CBP Confirmation Received" Date/Time
• By Rail - 2 Hours after the "CBP Confirmation Received" Date/Time

For products subject to FDA prior notice, if either of the times above are blank DO NOT MOVE the shipment to the port of entry.

If you get a message "No PAPS data found" DO NOT MOVE the shipment to the port of entry.
